takes to long to try loading the pic and thn i keep getting errors.

the one on the simpsons movie site is easier to use for me.

Ha, not getting the before. Took alot of work to make it look anything like myself.

Like Jimi, I had to do a lot of tweaking to get it to resemble me.



I'm probably not going to post the before pic either because it's a really bad blurry shot I did in my bathroom mirror with an ugly paint job on the wall behind me.

It's not working for me... I keep uploading and it either comes up with a blank picture or it tells me there's a problem.

You guys look pretty cool, though. I'll keep trying.

I didn't have any problem using the site at http://www.simpsonizeme.com like some others have had. However, I went on late at night when there was probably less traffic.

Thanks for the link. It turned out a really good version of Mrs Markworthy, and decent one of Miss Markworthy, but was somewhat wide of the mark for Professor and Master Markworthy.

So far, I can't get it to work. I've gone from the error message to completing the process and getting the all white pic. Those who have succeeded, what are the pixel dimensions of your picture and how contrasty are they?

LOL! Well.. I managed to get it to work today.. but it made me a chick. ..even though I selected "dude"

I noticed some of the messages have changed today... so, perhaps they're still working out the bugs.

I had to use my passport photo to get it to work. First pass I was rendered as a woman. None of the buzz cuts looked right, so I had to go with a "haired" version of me. I could have used more Asian eye options too, but still fun.

Now that I was able to get it to work:

Till today I just couldn't get this to work, so I tried photoshopping the pic to give it more contrast, still no joy. Then I put it thru the poster edges filter, nope, then crosshatch, nope. I gave up.

Just tried it with crosshatch filter and got thru right away. Must have picked a good time. I had to do a lot of tweaking to get anything accurate and the beard and hair color is not right. Belly should be bigger too.

A little more photoshopping and the beard is grey and a little shorter.

Did the Simpsonizer not allow you to change the color of your hair?

I did not see the option, if there was one.
