Like new, used just a few months, I have an AWESOME NuForce AVP 16 home theater pre-amp processor. Included are the unit itself, the remote, the manual, a power cord, and the box.

I previously used a Denon receiver, and a Outlaw Audio pre-amp + external amplifier. This NuForce, combined with a separate external amplifier of your own choosing, easily beats the sound of those others. I'm selling because I am downgrading my system (getting more minimal).

$749. You pick up from me any working day in Santa Clara, California OR I'll ship to you for $40 by ground. If buying in person, cash is preferred. If buying via mail, PayPal and shipping to a confirmed address is required.

If you are sending me a PM, PLEASE post a note in this thread letting me know.

Here are some details from the manufacturer:

The NuForce AVP 16 is designed for simplicity and expandability with the focus on providing first-rate audio performance. The 7.1-channel analog preamp inputs (8 total channels) can be used to support the decoded output from future DVD players. By shutting off the video circuit (when CD input is selected) the AVP-16 becomes a true audiophile quality preamp. The internal DAC (44.1K/16-bit to 192K/24-bit) performs as well as any of the best standalone DAC on the market.

Those who listen to the AVP-16 are struck by its wide dynamic range, smooth lifelike midrange presentation, and its natural, grain-free treble. The bass is deep and articulate, providing plenty of kick and drive for both music and movie soundtracks.
