Criterion release of "Robinson Crusoe on Mars"? (1 Viewer)

Any guess as to when "Robinson Cursoe on Mars" will be released? I know Criterion said they would release it, but I haven't seen anything about a tentative date. I'm hoping that it is still on track for this year.

Hopefully, we'll see an announcent really soon because I'm biting my nails too while I refresh my favourites dvd news websites.

Please let it have an interesting audio commentary and I'm happy.

The old Criterion 2-disc laserdisc version of said title is really splendid, so I think it is a safe bet that the DVD will be as good or better.

I didn't realize they were planning a DVD release. I will definitely check this out!

Apparently there is NO set release date. So if it is to remain a 2007 release, then I guess 12/31/07 is the last possible day to still make it a 2007 release. Hopefully it will be released MUCH earlier!

Review copies of all of Criterion's September releases (there are quite a few with ROBINSON CRUSOE among them) have been requested. If we get them, they will usually arrive two to three weeks before street date. I'll post back here again if we get them so you''ll know to look for the reviews.
