Right ON!!
I was just watching Eric Estrada last night in " Armed & Famous" and was wondering when the heck CHIPS was going to come out.
This is great news. Does anyone know if/when that big screen version is due to be released? I hope this isn't just a tease to promote the movie..

I am glad this is coming out..................................but of all the MGM tv shows Warner owns they pick this to be the first to release? What about How the West Was Won, Courtship of Eddie's Father, Mr Novak, Dr Kildare, Please Don't Eat The Daisies, Daktari, The Thin Man, not to mention The Man & Girl from UNCLE.

Because it is better known than all the shows you just listed? Just a thought.

Besides Man from Uncle which was coming and delayed for rights reason's, i dont think anything else there is worthy to be released before CHiPs. That is just my opinion but what do you expect this is a CHiPs thread and most people that check this thread will ecstatic!!! Posted Image

Depends on the age group and who you talk to. I love most of the shows Art mentioned (sorry, not Daktari) but I've never seen an episode of Chips, nor had a desire to.

Hell Yes!! ... I can't wait!!!
I think Warner is doing it right by releasing it now (notwithstanding it took them forever to finally do it). The movie is still more than a year away, so figure if they release them like the Dukes sets, the time the movie gets released we could be on S4 allready with only 2 more to go. I certainly am glad they did not wait till the movie was released to release S1.

Now if only Fox will get off there Ass and release The Fall Guy!

Not a fave of mine, but if it does well there's hope for their other TV shows, Warner have a ton of great 70s/80s classics just waiting for release...
