Sad news. Didn't know he was ill.

I have to admit, when the radio news started off with "CBS news legend dies..." I first thought of Cronkite.

always liked Ed, especially after Harrison Ford joked around that he got his ear ring because Ed Bradley got one and was considered "cool". Just sounded like he was a cool guy. sad news.

They seem to have more reporters than air time- if each does one story per week, there isn't enough time to fit them all in.

Don't forget they just added Katie Couric.

When one is discussing the "legends" of CBS News, Katie Couric hardly can be mentioned in the same breath.
