IMHO this was the worst season of THE SOPRANOS ever!

Had it been as good as say, the first two seasons, it would
have been worth the extra $$$ for High-Def.

Another thing that concerns me is that I have 5 large season
boxes of this series uniformly stored on my DVD rack. It would
look awfully odd to have a smaller HD-DVD box sitting next to
the other seasons.

I don't think it was the wisest idea for HBO to decide to release
THE SOPRANOS HD-DVD at this point, but perhaps I am
underestimating the fan base.

I own all of the Sopranos DVDs, and I planned to buy the new release on HD-DVD. Now I will just be waiting, and purchasing nothing.

Hopefully the HD-DVD will be released sooner than later.

I planned to buy it too, despite the discrepence in packaging.

As for the Season, I enjoyed it. I know a lot of people didn't - but it's a different show and frankly it was only half the story line (so they say).

I was looking forward to this - but I guess HBO didn't see the response they wanted.
