Not including the obvious, ie. Star Wars, BTTF, Jones Trilogy what are your 5 most wanted DVD titles. Mine are,

1.The Soldier (Glickenhaus)
2.Critters
3.Nunzio (David Proval, never been on video)
4.To live and die in LA (Great petition!!)
5.The Wanderers

Yes, these are ALL very little, obscure films...but I
want them....BAD!!!

This should be fun.

Well, my 5 most wanted today, not including titles that have been announced, not including the ones you mentioned, and not including TV shows (oh crap, I forgot about my TV thread I started in the Studio Feedback Forum. I forgot about it after the forum crashed about a month or so ago. Dang, my update is gonna take me hours.)...

In no particular order..

The Wizard
License To Drive
Lucas
Little Monsters
The Program

My current Top 5 is:

1. Valley Girl
2. Real Genius
3. Targets (1968)
4. Better Off Dead
6. Imitation of Life (1959)

There is a definite need to get out more 80's films on DVD!

first 5 I thought of, as I thought of them:

A Hard Day's Night-I know, was made, OOP, promised, cancelled, delayed, whatever...I'll believe it when I have a copy in my hairy little palms.

The Libertine-first movie I ever saw with bare female breasts.

Electric Dreams-fun flick from the 80's about a couple's computers falling in love.

200 Motels-no Frank Zappa on DVD??? Be ashamed--be a very shamed.

Duel-one of the most intense tv-movies ever made. This one really should be out by now...
War doesn't determine who is right. War determines who is left.

It's hard to narrow down to just five, but here goes:

Clash of the Titans
Victor/Victoria
DragonSlayer
Valley Girl
Time After Time
It's hard to leave off so many, though. Adventures of Robin Hood, My Favorite Year, Major League, Becket, Firefox, Oh God!, Eating Raoul, Bad News Bears all come to mind!

You know why I love threads like this, they remind you of so many movies you really enjoy, that you've just forgotten about. Time to write these babies down.

Darrin said no Star Wars, Indiana Jones or BTTF. All great choices, but way to obvious.

Far and away my #1: Better off Dead
In no paticular order the rest: Aladdin, Joe vs. the Volcano, Delicatessen, Cemetary Man

I could name around a hundred more, but I'll stick with 5.
