THE WB NEEDS TO LOOK INTO RELEASING SEASON 2-4. THE SALES FOR SEASON 1 HAS JUMPED DRAMATICALLY IN THE PAST WEEK. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THAT TRUE FANS OF EVERWOOD WILL BEABLE TO ENJOY THEIR FAVORITE SHOW SINCE IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

I am surprised that Warner hasn't thought of releasing season 2 of Everwood to cash in on Marcia Cross' Housewives popularity

I for one am getting tired of the EVERWOOD fans 'spaming' the chat and the boards about the show and Asking about DVD releases of the 2nd-4th Seasons.

Warners is WELL aware of the interest in the show. Besides, any quick video release might hurt selling the off-network rerun rights to cable or syndication.

Several people continued to ask the questions about the show in the chat AFTER the fine folks from Warners answered! Even after the moderator said no more questions on the subject.

Boy,you EVERWOOD fans really need to 'get a life'.

Yeah it really wasn't cool seeing the chat get carpet bombed with Everwood questions, even with the attempted sneak attacks, and that one comment that he hoped that the new seasons would never come just because of all the questions. I thought we were all adults here.

Weird question about the 1985 Alice in Wonderland/Looking Glass. Sony is releasing it in just a couple months.

Great news about the Fleischer Superman shorts!

"And now the reprimand, from an American critic. He reproaches me for using film as a sacred & lasting medium, like a painting or a book. He does not believe that filmmaking is an inferior art, but he believes, and quite rightly, that a reel goes quickly, that the public are looking above all for relaxation, that film is fragile and that it is pretentious to express the power of one's soul by such ephemeral and delicate means, that Charlie Chaplin's or Buster Keaton's first films can only be seen on very rare and badly spoiled prints. I add that the cinema is making daily progress and that eventually films that we consider marvelous today will soon be forgotten because of new dimensions & colour. This is true. But for 4 weeks this film [The Blood of a Poet] has been shown to audiences that have been so attentive, so eager & so warm, that I wonder after all there is not an anonymous public who are looking for more than relaxation in the cinema." - Jean Cocteau, 1932

Keith,

Thank You for doing this. Parker and I are in the middle
of the chat right now but I was able to stop in and notice this.

Keep up the good work and we'll include your compilation in
our transcript coverage.

Thanks!

Thank you for providing this chat and I apologize for asking so many questions, although many people do, it was not my intention. Sorry I asked so much, I accidently copied and pasted a few lines more than intended. So many of the questions I wanted to ask got answered, some more than thrice (Scarecrow & Mrs King, Tiny Toons) so I quickly strung together a few other requests I could think of off the top of my head and meant only to ask "Will we see more Growing Pains seasons & their reunion films and spinoff Just the 10 of Us? DONE" which was the only thing I saw in the message field when I pasted but from the response, I think I pasted too much for it to show, sorry. Thank you Warner's for listening to the members here, releasing Popeye, Looney Tunes and Tom & Jerry replacement discs, and answering my questions and considering the animated Gilligan and Dukes properties and 90% of your coming releases that I plan to buy.

Thanks for keeping things straight! I was on the verge of asking about future "Everwood" seasons but knew not to based on the first post. Judging by DeWilson's post, that would have been a very bad ideaPosted Image

The Everwood questions really got out of hand. I really hope fans of the show get to see more season sets released, but bombarding the chat with that stuff wasn't needed.

Just wondering if anyone asked about CHIPS?

I'm at work and can't login to the chat.

Also what is the news about a replacement disc for the second looney tunes set.

Thanks
