Boeing is currently flying it's new 777 model (the 777-200LR) from Hong Kong to London nonstop eastbound...12,586 miles in 23 hours. Amazing.

So, I wonder how far it would actually go fully loaded instead of empty?

For commercial service, they would also probably leave much more of a fuel reserve, so maybe Chicago. Just a guess on my part.

Continental flys the 777 from Newark to HK non stop. From personal experience I can vouch that it's a long 16 hour flight.
