I thought a tournement of all the animated features released and produced by the Disney company would be a good idea. this means I'm going to include films like Nightmare Before Christmas and Ducktales, but not pickups like Valiant, Studio Ghibli and Pixar. Perhaps I'll later have a mini tournement between the top six Disney movies from this run and the Pixar movies.

If people think we should include the mixed media films not usually designated 'Disney Classics' like Reluctant Dragon, Victory Through Air Power, Song of the South and Who Framed Roger Rabbit, we certainly can, because we're including Saludos Amigos and Three Caballeros which I think have some live action footage (been a while since I saw them).

Here are the films in order of release:

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937)
Pinocchio (1940)
Fantasia (1940)
Dumbo (1941)
Bambi (1942)
Saludos Amigos (1943)
Three Caballeros (1945)
Make Mine Music (1946)
Fun and Fancy Free (1947)
Melody Time (1948)
Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad (1949)
Cinderella (1950)
Alice In wonderland (1951)
Peter Pan (1953)
Lady and the Tramp (1955)
Sleeping Beauty (1959)
101 Dalmations (1961)
Sword in the Stone (1963)
Jungle Book (1967)
Aristocats (1970)
Robin Hood (1973)
Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (1977)
Rescuers (1977)
Fox and the Hound (1981)
Black Cauldron (1985)
Great Mouse Detective (1986)
Brave Little Toaster (1987)
Oliver and Company (1988)
Little Mermaid (1989)
Duck Tales: Treasure of the Lost Lamp (1990)
Rescuers Down Under (1990)
Beauty and the Beast (1991)
Aladdin (1992)
Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)
Lion King (1994)
A Goofy Movie (1995)
Pocahontas (1995)
Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996)
James and the Giant Peach (1996)
Hercules (1997)
Mulan (1998)
Tarzan (1999)
Dinosaur (2000)
Emperor's New Groove (2000)
Fantasia 2000 (2000)
Tigger Movie (2000)
Atlantis the Lost Empire (2001)
Lilo and Stitch (2002)
Return to Neverland (2002)
Treasure Planet (2002)
Brother Bear (2003)
Jungle Book 2 (2003)
Piglet's Big Movie (2003)
Home on the Range (2004)
Teacher's Pet (2004)

I don't care for modern films. All crashing cars and close-ups of people's feet.

I did enjoy Teacher's Pet, rather inventive and funny.
