I was searching amazon.com and just saw there have been 2 box sets for the raccoons:

Apparently they came out in 2004? How come I have never seen these in stores or ever heard about them? I loved this show but was totally surprised to see these releases! Are they canadian exclusive or something? HELP *confused*

These were, originally at least, Canadian exclusives. I've seen them locally in stores for over a year.

Each box contains 3 discs, each with 3 episodes... so a total of 9 episodes - which could have fit on 1 disc - for about 24 bucks.

I guess for the Raccoon purists only. I'll wait.

It was more than $24 when I saw it at HMV (more than $24 Canadian anyway). I think like $49.99 or something. Ouch. Would love to own this thing on DVD, but it's not a must-buy at the moment. I'll wait for better releases some day.
