I have seen, the best I recall, 2 Pasolini films, but I can't remember exactly which ones. The 2 were among The Decameron, Canterbury Tales and Arabian Nights. Pretty sure Arabian Nights is the one I haven't seen. I also have The Gospel According to St. Matthew and Saló but not sure when, or if, I will ever watch them, particularly Saló. One of these days I'll give him another try.

I also have THE DECAMERON (1971) on VHS and will pick up LOVE AND ANGER (1969) on DVD when it's released later on this year by No Shame; I'm also interested in catching some of his "portmanteau" segments which are sporadically shown on Italian TV.
Although I consider Pasolini to be an important film-maker, he's hardly one of my favorites; SALO`, then, is something I hope never to set eyes on again and, in a way, I'm relieved that I decided not to go to the Venice Film Festival this year since it's being shown there:); in fact, when I did go last year, I broke my own vow never to watch CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST (1979) again and I even spent half-an-hour (at around 03:00 a.m.) talking about the film with its director, Ruggero Deodato:D!!
