I'm so excited! I am planning on buying Brady Bunch Season 2 this Tuesday and went looking for sales in the ads today. Well Best Buy is having a great sale on a couple of dvd sets.

Those are amazing price drops. I wasn't planning on buying 3rd Rock, even though I wanted to (am very low on cash), but gotta have it for that price!

Apparently I got a fluke paper because it didn't have a Circuit City ad, and it had Targets ad for next week! It was mentioning The Cosby Show which comes out August 2nd. Luckily nothing I want comes out next week.

It's so weird how prices change. I remember buying Season 1 of Brady Bunch when it first came out and Ciruit City was the only place to have it for $24.99 and everywhere else had it for $29.99 inlcuding Best Buy! Now for Season 2 Best Buy will have it for $19.99 and Circuit City advertised S2 for $27.99! So weird how things change. I thought I'd be getting BB at CC but I guess not

Yeah, I saw the RZ Brady Bunch price in Mike's Weekly Roundup in Coupons and Bargains. It's a great deal. I wasn't too sure about Reward Zone during my first year as a member, but it's really started to pay off. For one thing, they renewed my membership for one more year for free, plus I've gotten: about $25 worth of money off certificates; several 10% off coupons; and now these random RZ member savings. With the two $5 off certificates I have, the Brady Bunch will run me $9.95. Pretty amazing. I guess that means I'll add Baa Baa Black Sheep and some other titles I've missed.

That's Great News!! This was going to be an expensive week and BB just cut the expense by about $50!!!

What's Target's price on TCS? If it's less than $20 (doubtful), I will pick it up.

How did you get your membership renewed for free? And where do you get the 10% off coupons?

BB mailed a RZ envelope to me with the good news that by RZ membership had been extended. That was last year, and it looks like I may have to renew myself this year. I've also gotten the 10% off coupon once or twice the same way, it just shows up in the mail.

Sorry, Josh. I didn't see your post. As Jon said, both of those things came in the mail. The $5 certificates did come in the mail, but I have it set up to come to my e-mail address where I can print them myself.

I got my RZ card in June of last year, and it was freenewed until June 2006. If I have to pay to renew it next year, I will gladly do so.

K-Mart has 3rd Rock S1 for $24.99 in their sales flyers...

Ok went and bought 3rd Rock From the Sun and Brady Bunch today. My Best buy only had like 6 copies and they were all beat up. I got the best one they had. I didn't know that they box talked. That's weird.

OK I have a question on the best buy copy it has a sticker saying best buy exclusive, extended bloopers and dicks best outtakes. Has anyone purchased a copy of this set that wasn't from Best buy? I thought there would be an extra disc inside but there isn't. Was I supposed to be given one when I bought this? There's a feature on the fourth disc called Dicks best but do only best buy copies have this?

I'm curious about the Best Buy exclusives as well. I didn't get an extra disk or anything.

My box doesn't talk either. I saw the stickers and pressed on them but none of them in the store made any noise. I thought it was some kind of joke but then I see the extra compartment inside the box. I guess mine's defective.

I picked mine up at BB this morning ($19.99), noticed the sticker when I got home and it doesn't talk. I didn't want to mash too hard and mess up the packaging, so I guess when I unwrap it I'll find out why it isn't talking.

What are we supposed to hear?

I just picked up the Best Buy edition, the box doesn't talk, but there was no indication that it would. There is also no 16 page booklet, although there is a place for one and the back cover indicates there should be one. TV spots are indicated on the back but are not on the discs. Best of Dick (a Best Buy exclusive, is indicated by a sticker on the front and is on disc 4. Bloopers are on disc 4 and indicated on the back cover, but the Best Buy exclusive is "extended" bloopers. What gives? The blooper reel runs 11:00 mins. Is it any shorter on the non Best Buy sets? And is there supposed to be a seperate disc of Best Buy exclusive content? Otherwise, the trading out the TV spots for "Best of Dick" seems a bit underhanded to me.

The TV Spots are contained within the menu for each episode. Atleast that's where they were on my screener which appeared to be the final retail product.

I bought my copy at best buy and my box doesn't talk and I did not get the 16 page booklet. Anyone get the 16 page booklet?

I bought the set at Best Buy, and stuck the fourth disc into my computer. The name of that disc is "3RD_ROCK_S1D4_BEST_BUY," so clearly, unlike other Best Buy bonuses I've come across, the extra material is simply integrated into the existing discs, rather than being an additional disc.

I got the booklet (which is made up mostly of excerpts from the long-out-of-print "3rd Rock" book). But my talking box doesn't work, alas.

WoW I didn't realize so many of the boxes didn't talk. Guess I got lucky. But it is REALLY hard to make mine talk. You have to keep pressing and pressing. I almost feel like I will ruin the box if I press anymore. I have to press an Dr.Albright's knee/lower leg to get it to work.

So some of you guys didn't even get the 16 page booklet inside the dvd set? Thats SUX!



That is so weird. If anyone buys this set from anywhere other than best buy please let us know if Dicks Best is on your 4th disc and how long your outtakes our.

I got my tv box set yesterday and I did some of the dvd before I want to sleep and I did get the 16 page booklet and my dvd does talk...

I bought the "6 pk" from best buy.com A 4 disc set arrived without the _BEST_BUY in the volume id, nothing to indicate that the box would ever talk, no Dick's Best, bloopers are 6:46 but it has the booklet
