Last night I was hooking up a DVD player to my Pioneer Elite 43tx. I had the DVD hooked up to one of the optical jacks, and my TIVO hooked up to the other optical jack. When I set the source to DVD and turned up the volume, I could hear the audio coming from the TIVO on the DVD channel. Is this crosstalk between sources? Is it a common thing to be expected in receivers? Is there anything I can do about it? Thanks for any advice.
