Did you try to rebuild it on application startup? I remember there was 2 different options. I dont remember exactly how it's done. I did it a couple of times, but I do know you hold some keys down right when you lanunch the program.

Thanks Tony. Holding down the option key while starting up allows rebuilding the database, which fixed the problem.
