Yesasia has a great selection. I've ordered quite a few things from Korean DVDs and think they are a great company, with very cheap prices. Obviously, Amazon Japan has the Amazon name and is probably the place to go for Japanese DVDs.

A company I haven't used but that are supposed to be okay is CD Japan.

For sites with information on foreign (including Asian) DVDs, absolutely all-around essiental is DVD Beaver. They do a lot of comparisons, and have some very knowledgable reviewers of Asian films (especially Henrik Sylow).

Also try the DVD Detective. They're in the US and they seem to get most of the box sets coming out of Asia. I've done several orders with them and I've been very satisfied. Since they're in the US, shipping is much cheaper.
ISO "Lost" ARG prints from Kevin Tong, Olly Moss, Eric Tan and Methane Studios.  PM me if you want to sell!

All reviews done on a Marantz VP11S1 1080p DLP projector.

Displays professionally calibrated by Gregg Loewen of Lion AV.

Along the same lines, are sites like Xploited Cinema and Machiavel DVD which contain a certain type of foreign movies, mainly cult and horror stuff.
