Add another great episode to the season.

Something wierd happened when I was watching it. When the middle commercial break was almost over, I remembered that I should record Arrested Development with Tivo. So, I took a look at its guide and navigated to Arrested Development by pushing the direction pad which makes the beeping sound. While I was doing this, I heard an echo of the beeping sound, which I thought was strange. I shut off the guide and saw that Bart was using a Tivo-like device!

By taking them out of the traditional setting the writers of "The Simpsons" finally were able to produce some fun laughs. One of the best episodes I've seen in a while.

I liked when Bart is consoling Milhouse and he says "Cheer up, Milhouse. You've got the rest of your life ahead of you." And Milhouse says "That's right!" and he starts sobbing:)

I wish they hadn't exhausted all the 'past' stories since I tend to enjoy those episodes more the ones set in the future.

I loved the Bender cameo. " You two are my new best friends!" and Homer knocks him off the car. I defintely wasn't expecting to see him.

That girl... has she been in any other Simpson's episodes... she looked familar. Too bad that couldn't bring back Lovejoy's daughter.

How many times have they gone to the future now?

Loved the stupid flounders bit. Also liked the irony that Homer's stuff was being taken by the "neighbors".

The Milhouse ridicule is always welcome!

I loved the garbage spaceship. Talk about inefficency. :)

I've always enjoyed the future episodes.

The Futurama references were awesome. If only Fox would bring it back and put in their Animation Domination Sunday night lineup.....

Hmm, I just searched for this thread after finally seeing this episode (VCR time delay). I'm surprised by all the positive comments. This felt like an episode from last season. My SO and I both thought it was easily the worst episode this season. The only good laugh was the stupid flounders comment...

This show was clearly a retread of Lisa's wedding and the Indian Gaming Casino. Kind of a hybrid of both shows. It had funny moments but came up short on the whole.

I think it had the humor, flavor, and warmth of the first few seasons, something I haven't seen from The Simpsons in a long time.

A half-dozen good lines...and that's it. The premise was a tired retread and way too many of the jokes were awkward instead of having The Simpsons usual bang-bang-bang timing.

"You guys are my new best friends."
"Forget it, loser."

"Saudi Israelia"

The cell-phone phaser (and its lame ring tone)

Professor Frink is always hilarious

"U-S-A! Find The Head! U-S-A! Find The Head!"

That's pretty much the sum total of it.
