Ok, I'll bite. I'm not a huge fan, but it's hard to argue that there's ever been a more beautiful actress than

Elizabeth Taylor
circa early 1950's.

Grace Kelly is right there, though.

Of recent vintage, give me Monica Bellucci or Jennifer Connelly.

Katharine Hepburn and Madeline Kahn.
I don't care for modern films. All crashing cars and close-ups of people's feet.

Aishwarya Rai

Marilyn Monroe

Sophia Loren

Catherine Deneuve

Ziyi Zhang

And so many more that I’d get tired of typing.

I have to agree with Grace Kelly, especially in Rear Window.

The runner-up would have to be Marilyn Monroe in All About Eve. She's only in it for a few minutes, but DAMN!

Personally, it'd be Winona Ryder.

Catherine Zeta Jones, Bo Derek *, Sophia Loren, Denise Richardson *, and Elizabeth Taylor any in their prime were phenomenal.

* indicates may not qualify as an actress.
