I haven't been able to find a downloadable version that can be saved to the HDD yet.

Copy and paste this link into a browser or open the URL directly in Windows Media Player.

For some reason I can't stop watching this commercial...would love to find an HD version.

The commercial is, in a sad way, a reminder of the time in our history when we were all duped by Hootie and the Blowfish Posted Image

It took me a bit to figure out the reference, then I remembered "Big Rock Candy Mountain."

So who are the celebrities exactly? I recognized Darius, but is Brooke Burke also in there? And which one is Vida?

Hey, I never bought a single one of their albums. But we all did nothing to stop them. We had a chance, we could have. We could have propelled someone else up the charts. But even those of us who didn't like them just passively sat by. As opposed to everyone rejecting say, The Tomatoe Song.

That was great. I wish Spicy would've made a cameo though, like tackling TC in the background.

BK meets "Mulan Rouge".

I thought Hootie had some cool songs. I mean they at least got my toe tappin'. What's wrong with that?
In fact I'm gonna go start a Kenny G thread right now!

Dude, that commercial seriously scares me ... almost as much as that Quizno's ad with the weird gerbil thing.

Exactly. I was thinking of "Oh, Brother, Where Art Thou?" when seeing that commercial.

As for Hootie, I guess he's fallen on hard times. Posted Image

This commercial was just surreal. Not only does it sort of scream "HOOTIE'S CARREER IS OVER" - it also has a weird pastel positivity that scares me. Also, is it just my imagination or is this an IDENTICAL outfit to what the Rock's character is wearing in BE COOL?

If you're familiar with David LaChapelle's work as a photographer, this is nothing new.

What the hell is Brooke Burke doing in this commercial at the very end of it?
