Sela Ward, Elizabeth Pena and Brett Cullen Star in Gripping, Bizarre True Story

SUBURBAN MADNESS

Debuts on DVD April 5, 2005

On April 5, 2005, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will
release SUBURBAN MADNESS, a gripping docu-drama from the producers of Chicago and TV's The Reagans. It's the story of one real-life desperate housewife who killed her philandering husband by running him over with her Mercedes automobile, not once, not twice, but three times. SUBURBAN MADNESS stars Sela Ward (The Day After Tomorrow), Elizabeth Pena (Lone Star) and Brett Cullen (Apollo 13).

Synopsis
Based on the true story of 44 year-old Clara Harris, a successful Texas dentist and mother of 4-year old twins who hired private investigator Bobbi Bacha (Ward) to spy on her
orthodontist philandering husband, David Harris. Instead, Bacha ends up videotaping his client running over her husband three times with her Mercedes-Benz in the posh parking lot of an upscale hotel and killing him. During the
trial, Clara's in-laws came to her defense while her stepdaughter testified against her. In the end, a Houston jury convicts Harris for first-degree murder.
