I emailed them about replacing my Defected copy of JP DTS and in the repley they said they were under new manegment and were striving to rebuilding there rep for being the # 1 dvd site on the net.

Well, they aren't doing a very good job of it so far. After 9 attempts to order during their sale, I got 1 reply to the three emails regarding their site not accepting my credit card, which took a week for the response, basically saying to try again, which I did and it still didn't work. I emailed them back again 3 times and have yet to hear a reply.
Same old Express if you ask me.
