I am a Chicago-market DirecTV subscriber, and yesterday, I noticed that all my local channels had two entries in the on-screen guide. I assumed that these were for standard definition and high definition. I also noticed that PBS actually had different programming on their two stations, one of which was the only station of all the locals that had programs with the "HD" logo on the guide. Does this mean that DirecTV has already started to broadcast local stations (PBS, anyway) in Chicago? After a few hours, I could no longer see these stations in the guide. I wonder if it was by some glitch that these appeared in my guide in the first place, since my DirecTV receiver is not an HD model. --Nathan
