I'm looking for a program or programs that will display pictures in a folder as thumbnails and/or will allow you to navigate to the previous or next picture.

XP does it in Explorer, just choose "thumbnails" for the View type, or "Filmstrip" mode.

I use IrfanView as a quick-n-dirty picture viewer.

The computer is running Win98 so it doesn't have those Explorer features. IrfanView is exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks.
