I'm going to be getting Sirius in the next month or so. I'm also building a new stereo. I wasn't going to get a new tuner right away. Do I need it?

Do I need a tuner to use satellite radio? (1 Viewer)

No. You will need to order a home kit from your satellite radio provider. The kit comes with a hub for the satellite tuner which will plugg into your home reciever through its rca audio inputs. Got mine from Sirius the other day and I am now listening to radio again!

Definitely better than the fm/am radio. Always something good to listen to and easy to go from car to home.
