Can anyone tell me if the German DVD of Ein Lied von Liebe und Tod (Gloomy Sunday) has an English subtitle option? Danke.

Unfortunately, it doesn't have any subtitles: http://www.dvd-insid....iew.php?ID=698

But... the Hong Kong R3 NTSC edition has English subtitles: http://www.hkflix.co....qx/details.htm

I'm not sure if it is anamorphic, but it has DTS and DD 5.1 tracks.

The R2 German edition had an audio commentary by director Rolf Schübel, interviews with cast and crew and a featurette, which were all in German with no subtitles.

$18.95 isn't a bad price, though.
