That's right! Quantum Leap S2 on October 26, per TVShowsOnDVD! And, it carries the same MSRP as the first set, even though it has about 14 more episodes! Gord predicted that would be the case. Anyway, great news for fans of the show and for those anxiously waiting to see if Universal planned to follow through with second seasons of their shows.

Regarding the S2 artwork - so very glad that Al made the cover this time.

The fact that Sam is still wearing the same outfit as he was in S1? Hee. I'm betting Universal has only a handful of photos to choose from.

yeah 3 discs is no problem at all. 4 episodes per side works fine for me, but with that being said i don't expect many if any extras. that coverart for season 2 rules. not to get off topic but the dream on coverart looks great too

The coverart isn't bad - but is that Scott Bakula's head on someone else's body?

Or maybe they took his head from one picture and his body from another - it looks strange somehow.

So I guess we will be getting each of these sets at four month intervals?

S1 - June 2004
S2 - October 2004
S3 - February 2005
S4 - June 2005
S5 - October 2005

I just hope this set has some cool special features.

Oh Boy...

I have feeling that it is because Scott Bakula is busy with filming the fourth season of Enterprise at the moment and maybe Dean Stockwell is busy with JAG that may be the reason. They are probably needed for the commentaries and special features.

That sounds like the most logical explaination.
