This is a must buy for me in the fall although I'm a little dissapointed that there are no Speedy, Taz or Marvin cartoons.

I'm extremely impressed by the list. A lot of the pre-1948 cartoons have looked mediocre in Turner's old masters.

Book Revue should have original titles (thanks to UCLA), but it's likely we're still going to get some Blue Ribbons without credits (Hollywood Steps Out, Katnip Kollege, I Love to Singa, The Hep Cat, Baby Bottleneck, Have You Got Any Castles, Duck Soup To Nuts, Tweety Pie, Back Alley Op-Roar, and Old Glory). I know that title artwork DOES exist for I Love to Singa (recently saved) and Katnip Kollege... but no actual film sequence. UCLA seems to have original nitrate prints of some of the post-1940 titles on my list, but I don't know if they're pre-Blue Ribbon versions.

Besides any possible shortcomings, this ought to be one of the many great Warner DVD's from this year.

I'll definitely be buying it, though it's a little Road Runner heavy for my taste. I'd rather have some Speedy, Ralph & Coyote, or Coal Black (hey I can dream ).

Obviously this is an impressive list and a must buy. I am surprised at the emphasis on Wile E and the Roadrunner, and it looks a bit Daffy-deficient. And no Foghorn unless I overlooked it. But it's a good variety of eras/characters for the most part. Add some good extras and it's sure to be another great set.

I can't wait for this!!! I still can't get enough of the existing collection. I actually like the fact that this time around they're devoting what looks like a whole disc to Wile E. Coyote & The Road Runner as well as Sylvester & Tweety. I'm willing to bet in a future set, we'll see a disc devoted to Foghorn Leghorn which is what I'd love to see.

I'm unsure if I've seen most of these cartoons judging by the titles, but I can't wait nonetheless. I only hope that since this set doesn't feature the same variety of characters as the first set does, people won't hesitate to buy it.

So am I, on release day. Kinda hard to believe that this time last year this was all still a question mark for WB, with their trying to gauge people's interest and all. Before last year's set was even announced, there was interest from us fans, they released a great product, and we bought it. It seems only right that we should expect (at least) one of these every year.
