Self-explanatory title...

One report I read says that there might be a re-release to theaters. Another report says the DVD might possibly be out in September or October (R1).

Any new news?

It's out the 28th September David, with the SRP being $29.98. Only other details I have right now is that it will receive a 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer along with English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround, English DTS 5.1 Surround and French Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround tracks.

Although it's far too much to ever hope for...but a Kaufman, or a Gondry, or a Carrey/Winslett commentary would be splendiferous. In any combination. All. One. Two. I just want some sort of commentary on a Kaufman movie!

Excellent News! I wanted to see this one a second time but before I could, it was gone. I would love a commentary track on this one also and for and MSRP of $30, it better include some extras.

I'd be fairly happy with some deleted scenes, like

scenes of Joel's relationship with Naomi

and perhaps the trailer and the Lacuna commercials.

i can't say that i like the UK-based artwork very much compared to the simpler US-based artwork, but hey, at least the heads are in boxes, and not floating around like Milo & Otis or something...
