hey guys/gals
i am in a quick fix for some dough due to bills and sadly the dvd collection is going to have to be the fix.
let me first say that i gurantee there is no one out there that cares for there dvd's anymore than i do
they are all 100% perfect shape, 100% mint disc's, 99% mint cases and boxes just the usual shelf wear
all cases include original paperwork/inserts etc.
of course no garbage/junk, all region 1 usa

I know you already attested for quality/condition, but I have to admit that I am overly obsessive and compulsive when it comes to my DVD collection! I've sold discs in the past that have had so much as a tiny insignificant blemish on their surface or an almost unnoticeable marking on their cover insert... I just want to confirm that this one is in absolutely 100% pristine condition, both case and disc.

i am getting lots of emails wanting this and wanting that and then never hearing back from the person
so i am going to say first pay first serve, by that i mean the first to pay for the item gets it then i will update the list that it is sold, sorry if for example someone emails long ago wanting the lotr sets and i never see payment and someone emails in the last hour wanting them and pays, i am getting so many emails this is the only way to do it, so if you are quick on the gun they are yours

second i do not sell to outside the usa and canada, it's way to much trouble for me, sorry foreign guys

We had a deal for almost $250. I made an inquiry about payment, and 12 hours didn't even go by before you went and sold half the titles I wanted to other people.

Another deal I got shafted on. Gotta love this.

Oh, and I'll add that you instituted this "first pay first get" idea after you made the deal with me. I don't draw payments out over long periods of time, but you could have at least waited until you heard back from me. I'm not really some newbie tirekicker on these forums...

I do alot of business too, and especially for a larger transaction, I would have probably given more time in order to try to get all those DVDs out in one fell swoop. A quick check here would see me as Gold Trader on these boards, and something of an avid poster on the forums.

I understand your no deal is complete until payment is received, but you instituted that policy before I even had a chance to get back to you. I explained in an e-mail I sent you a few hours ago that I work early on Sunday mornings, and as it was creeping past 2AM, I had to get some sleep before work. I really didn't expect that you would break our deal before I got back, especially since it involved 20 titles.
