Not for Sirius, but here's a solution for XM. It will not give you artist/song title read outs (Its simply not possible on NON-Satellite Ready radios), but there will be nothing else installed on your dash. All components are hidden from view.

Thanks, do you happen to know if this kit is compatible with the factory bmw cd changer in the trunk?

This bundle will NOT work with a BMW CD Changer, But when installed, you can use either of these two PIONEER chnagers with the system:
CDX-P676, CDX-P680
CDX-P676, CDX-P680
