I received my copy of the original, 1987 TMNT season 1 yesterday. I just flipped through some of the episodes, and all I can say is that I am thrilled. This show was a childhood favorite of mine. I was surprised that it had not lost much of its magic. I don't know if further sets are planned, but if you were at all a fan of this show, I highly recommend you buy this disc to encourage the future releases. I got mine for 8.89, so it is priced to buy!!! I can not thank Artisan and all involved for getting this released. It is a simple disc, with a static menu, but the content is what matters. I am so happy to have this in my collection. Maybe I am weird, maybe I am over-sentimental, but this is without a doubt, one of the true prizes of my collection.

Thank you. I do hate when people start threads with unexplained initials in the title to begin with, but when the full name isn't even spelled out in the initial post (or any of the replies) it really becomes difficult for people who can't read the writer's mind. :)

Regards,

Joe

Sorry about that. As a fan, I guess I have seen it abbreviated as TMNT so many times, I didn't even think about it...

The keep case isn't green, like in the promo art, is it? It looks...ugly with that green case.
