I recently bought a discontinued widescreen TV from Tweeter that stopped working about 6 weeks after I brought it home. I'm happy to report that they were easy to work with and eventually replaced it with a newer model. All they requested was that one of their service technicians check the set out first set before replacing it, and since was several weeks before the technicain could check the TV, they gave me have a loaner while I waited. I apprecaite good service and wish all dealers provided this level of customer support.
