You know I've run about 5 or 6 tournaments with the LOTR films in them and this was the same gripe that came up each & every time. Yet in each tournament these films never won & I certainly expect the same result here.

For every LOTR fan here there's two more who either get their rocks off just voting against it or view it as some crime against cinema if these films come out on top.

Yeesh! What's the big friggin' deal?! These tournaments are all just mindless entertainment anyway.

I'm disqualifying City of God as it was included in both of the 2002 tourneys that I ran. I believe it even won the first.
