Found an early birthday present in the mail today... the Disney Channel series My Babysitter's a Vampire: Season 1... it also contains the TV movie from before the series.

Never even heard of this series before... but anyone that knows me knows I love pretty much anything involving vampires. :)

I was browsing around on Amazon a few days ago and they had The Rat Patrol complete series (2 seasons) for $9.98.  So I said, "why not."  I had never seen the show or didn't remember it, but at that price how could you go wrong.  (It is now 20.98).  And Deep Discount finally shipped my Season One of Dr. Kildare which was about $4 cheaper than the Warner Archive store.   So after tax I roughly paid the $49.95 Warner was asking for it.

Just received True Blood Season 5 on Blu-ray.  By the time I received all my Amazon pre-order discounts, I think it was only about $35.  Not too bad when you consider the price when I placed the order was about $59.00 but as always, I knew it would come down.

Ended up buying Stoney Burke.  I only vaguely remember the series, and I'm pretty much open to buying one season series.  At least you know the set will be complete.

Ordered Season One of Happy Days because it was under $10 and thought I should have at least one season of that series on my shelf even if I never get around to ordering any more.

My daughter just gave me an early birthday gift (her senior trip lands on my birthday tomorrow so won't see her all day). She just gave me The OC: The Complete Series boxset. :)
