I just got this yesterday. I noticed it has
High-bit/high-sampling 12-bit/108MHz video D/A converter,
and my older JVC 600 has...
High-bit/high-sampling (10-bit/54MHz video D/A converter)

So, question is... What's the diff. PQ-wise in real world terms? I assume better, yes?
On comparison, it SEEMS to look better. With the exact same Color, Contrast, Gamma, sharpness etc.. settings, pic. seems better saturated, but not overly, and there seems to be a bit more clarity and detail in shadow, dark scenes. "The Crow" coll. ed. is a GREAT disc to look at for this...
Anyone know definitively what the diffence between the 2 are, and not simply like 12 bits is more than 10 etc......?

Thanx! D
