I tried looking around the net but couldn't find a list. I tried the search button here but to no avail.

My wife and I were watching Reservoir Dogs yesterday on A&E. And while it was 'uncut' they still didn't drop the F bomb. During one of the commercial breaks they said how many swear words there were in the movie. It didn't seem like alot but I told her at the time the movie came out there was a big deal made about it. So this conversation popped up: What movies have the most swear words in them?

Thanks in advance.

Hands down, Eddie Murphy's "Delerious."

In college we played a drinking game based on this film called "F&**ED"

Every time he said it, you had to take a drink... Ive never seen the end of the film.

F*ck, I don't know!:D

Seriously, I would have to say Brian DePalma's SCARFACE. I think it even made the Guiness Book Of World Records.

South Park did as the animated movie with 399 swear words in it. But I know there has to be an actual LIST somewhere. "Top ten movies with the most swear words in them" I'm sure someone here has got to know where it's at.

The Big Lebowski has quite a few swear words in it. So much that Sam Elliot even comments on it during the movie :)

I remember Big Lebowski was on Showtime and during the end credits they did some trivia thing and mentioned that the F-bomb is used a lot. I don't remember the number they said but I checked IMDB and they say it was used 281 times.

They also say that The Dude says "Man" 144 times, and you never see him roll a bowling ball.

I remember seeing a list a while back. It was compiled just for the F-word. I seem to remember Reservoir Dogs and Casino (due to its run time) were at the top of the list.

Dan

I'm pretty sure that Dan is right in citing Casino is having the most swearing in it. "Fuck" and it's variations is uttered 422, apparently.

It seems that swearing isn't a big deal in movies anymore, anyway. The same goes for violence. And drug use. And sex. And... good plots. ;)

I thought the film with the most swear words was Glengerry Glen Ross, until the South Park movie came out and broke the record. But looking at the imdb, that appears to be incorrect.

F**K Jay and Silent Bob, F**K them up their stupid A**ES

Narc and Made surprised me as I don't recall them swearing in that movie. Suicide Kings did at first, and then I remember Denis Leary was in the movie
