So I get a call from a guy I met about 2 months ago.. at that time he said he was starting up a business and could maybe use my services in the future (I told him I was in college for website design). Anyway he finally calls me today and talks all this jargon, just rambling on with no real point it seemed, all from some sort of script. What really did it was when he asked, "Would you like to make a lot of money?" :rolleyes
He wanted to setup an appt. right then and there but I said I'd have to look at my schedule and implied he should call back later. He got more aggressive and tried to get my home address so he could come over and talk to me about it all. I cut it off, saying I was real busy this week and he should call me this weekend.
So I guess pyramid schemes are still alive and well despite all the bad press they've received. My question is should I just not answer when I see his # on the caller ID or have something smart-alecky to say?
