Well, with time you get used to good sound and eventually we become more demanding. One pair of speakers with 6" woofers is not doing it for me anymore not even as outside speakers. Since these speakers are not exposed to sun, rain or any other adverse weather conditions they don't need to be weather proof. I was thinking about replacing them with a pair of JBL E 50's and ading a sub, now how would I go about doing that?

I'm thinking I'll hook-up a stereo amp to the pre outs for zone 2, run each of the two channels through the sub to the speakers and use the subs x-over. That sound abot right doesn't it? Any tips or different approaches? Should I go for a more powerful sub than what I have inside since this will be "out in the open"?

Thanks in advance,
