Well It's hard to say Boomtown after only the two episodes we got. After all the eps air after 12/28 it'll be easier to say, sure is disappointing that NBC had so little faith in this series. Why 3rd Watch deserves a time slot but Boomtown does'nt is hard to fathom.

I include the shows from last winter, especially the home-invasion episode.

Not to mention Fear Factor, Good Morning Miami, Whoopi, Happy Family, Average Joe, and 37 weekly reruns of Law & Order. I avoid NBC these days except for American Dreams - and even that is on shaky ground.

I try not to watch too much tv these days, but it keeps getting harder after all of the box sets that are being released lately.

I couldn't put any more shows on the list because I don't watch any more than I have put on my list.
1)24
2)The O.C.
3)Bernie Mac
4)Friends
5)That 70s Show

1) Survivor: Pearl Islands -- Combination of must see and engrossing drama. I have never missed a episode of Survivor ever, and this was really good.
2) Arrested Development -- Best new show of the season. I find myself laughing out loud two or three times an episode. It's offbeat and hilarious.
3) King of Queens -- Laugh out loud funny and has a great supporting cast. The most underrated show on TV.
4) Joe Schmo -- Surprisingly engrossing, funny, and not at all the mean-spirited humiliate-a-thon I thought it would be. Looked forward to the next epsiode with as much anticipation as Survivor.
5) CSI -- Still as stylish and visceral as it has been since its first episode. A well oiled machine. Not to be confused with CSI:Miami. Yecch.
6) Everybody Loves Raymond -- Still can be laugh out loud funny, but losing a bit of steam. But the last eps of the 2002-2003 season were wall to wall hilarious and picks up the average.
7) Scrubs -- Second most underrated show on TV. Always funny, only undercut by Doogie Howser styled sappiness. But I expected it now, so I don't mind so much.
8) Friends -- More comfort than quality, it can be argued that the shows aren't as good anymore. However, I like the cast so much that I'm always entertained and never disappointed. I love that half the jokes are so character driven that they barely make sense out of context.
9) Saturday Night Live -- It's back -- or it was for about five episodes. Still, I always look forward to this show.
10) Frasier -- The Patrick Stewart ep was an instant classic. The show has generally been better this season.

Dishonorable mention

Will & Grace -- man this shows just stinks now. I need someone to edit out Will and Grace with the commcercials -- Jack and Karen are the only funny things left, but the act is sort of getting old now. Whoever decided to marry off Grace to Leo was a total idiot.

Simple Life -- What a phony piece of sh*t. Totally fake, completely staged, and not entertaining, not even as a carwreck. How did it become a ratings hit?
