It depends if the local distributors can be bothered to reissue & license the extras from Artisan.
In the UK its Momentum & they only released the extended version on the Ultimate with no seamless branching. Have not shown any interest with other reissues eg Total Recall.
I thought in Australia you have only just got the Ultimate edition from Columbia so would not expect anything for a year or so ?
