Has anybody had a chance to listen to the new DPLIIx?

IF so, is it that much better than DPLII or NEO:6?

It was demonstrated by Dolby at CEDIA, and I was quite surprised how well the addition of the two back channels in the PL-2 algorithm served to envelop the listener further.

Of course this was prototype, which isn't the same as production code Posted Image

As a general rule, the code gets better between prototype and GA.
