How's the audio and video quality? And are these reference versions of the cartoons in correct OAR? If they are I'll pick it up at Walmart for $5.88 without hesitation!

FYI, there were two Casper discs released... the other is called "Casper the Friendly Ghost - Peek A Boo".

Any opinions on the quality and can you verify they are in proper OAR Joshua?

I wish I could, but I honestly haven't been able to find much information about these discs beyond their titles, price, and release date. However, these discs are being released by Sony Wonder, the same company that did the Rocky & Bullwinkle set so I'm guessing the quality would be similar... however, that's just a guess.
