I just purchased a Philips Widescreen HDTV, (I don't have a HDTV tuner yet but I plan on getting one from the cable company next week) anyways this is how I have everything set up now. I'm a bit new at this so any suggestions or help would be great. I have the cable line going into the digital cable box, then from the Digital cable box, I have a digital Coaxial cable going into the reciever, a RCA cables (white and red) going from the cable box to the receiver. And a SVIDEO cable going from the digital cable box to the reciever, then to the TV. (is the signal better using the Svideo and the RCA cables a oppose to connecting a regular coaxial from the cable box to the tv?) From the TV, I have a set of component cables going to the DVD player. and a fiber optical cable going from the receiver to the DVD player. Did I set this up correctly? Everything seems to work good, the only thing I've noticed is if I watch like a movie on HBO I can turn on a digital signal on my reciever and use the digital coxail cable, but if I switch to a regular channel, it won't work and goes though the RCA cables. Thanks for any help you can offer. Howard
