Hi. I am building a theater and can either mount the projector on the ceiling at 10-12 feet or 16-18 feet.

I have a 106 inch screen.

My preferred mount is at 16-18 feet and am considering the sony s20 or runco 510. If I go short, I would get the sanyo z2.

Once I mount the PJ, I will always have to mount it in that area if I upgrade say in 5 years. So am I better off going with a short throw pj or a long throw? Or in the future do you think projectors will be able to handle a wider throw range?

Thanks much.
