Sony Wega Horizontal White Line (1 Viewer)

I have a Sony Wega 36FS12. I recently started using the S-video input for sattelite input. This has caused horizontal scrolling faint white lines to appear when watching the DVD with component video input. If I unplug the S-video cable, the line goes away.

I did some searching on the usenet and found this is a widespread problem on the Sony Wegas. I checked all the cables, have power conditioning, etc and none make a difference. If anyone has a solution or work-around for this, please let me know.
