I have received all of my speakers for my HT system and now want to calibrate. Should I calibrate my speakers for each surround interface? (DTS Neo:6 Logic7) Does the AVR-525 store different speaker levels for different decoding algorithoms?

Yes, you should calibrate each one that you plan on using. I have an AVR125 and it stores all the settings for the different modes.
