I have a phone line hooked up to the 160. Running a system check shows it to be OK, but when a call comes in, it does not show up. I have Caller ID set to ON.

Not trying to insult you, but do you have caller ID on that phone line? It's an optional feature with most phone companies.

Have you tried to reset the box by unplugging it for 10 to 15 seconds? This happens to me occasionally and the reset brings it back up.
