Silent Hill 3. No other game is currently making me salivate more than this follow-up to *the* most terrifying game series out there.

I'm sure I'm forgetting something huge and obvious, but the biggies for me are Buffy:Chaos Bleeds, Halo 2, Deus Ex 2, and the next Dead or Alive. For the most part though, I don't look too far ahead.

For some reason, I've got high expectations for SWAT:Global Strike Team for the Xbox. In it you will use the voice commander to bark out "freeze", "get down", etc to your enemies. If they comply, you will make an arrest, but if they don't, you blast them. You will also use voice to coordinate the moves of your squad members.

The movies on IGN so far look pretty decent. Will feature a co-op mode and Xbox live play.

Anyone else excited about this?

PS2:
Silent Hill 3
GT4

Xbox:
Soul Calibur 2
Halo 2
Deus Ex 2

I'm also looking forward to the GR expansion and Raven Shield (or Rainbow Six 3 or whatever they're calling it now).

What happened to Knights of the Old Republic? I was looking forward to that one too, but haven't heard anything about it recently.

- Soul Caliber 2 (XBX)
- Halo 2 (XBX)
- Raven Shield (XBX)
- KOTOR (XBX)
- Advance Wars 2 (GBA)

And, Ray, you mentioned Argonauts. Did you mean Psychonauts?

I'm surprised that only Chris and I mention SC2. Is this off everyone's radar for some reason?

Crap! I forgot about Silent Hill 3!

What the hell is wrong with me? And yes, I meant Psychonauts. Sorry. Had a Gir moment there.

I've been playing SC2 for a while now, so it's not exactly on my most anticipated list. Posted Image

Definitly looking forward to GT4. A little further out (I think), I heard that there will be new versions of Crash Team Racing and Hot Shots Golf that support online play. Those should be pretty fun as well! Posted Image

Thank you much Paul. Good review and makes the wait even harder. To tell the truth I was considering importing the PAL version but really the wait is half the fun for me. Ill let the anticipation grow until I cant stand it anymorePosted Image. Thankfully I have a demo of the game that I can play to hold me me over nicely until the August releasePosted Image.

EDIT: By the way, the soundtrack is truly phenominal. Even better than that of two. Been listening to it non-stop for the past two weeks.

Dave F,

You know me too well!Posted Image
