What's the latest news on TWC getting ESPN HD (and Discovery and WB HD channels, for that matter)?

I work for TimeWarner Cable in Waco and for us, it's a matter of dotting the t's and crossing the i's to add ESNP HD onto our system but there is no time table for it yet. As for Discovery HD, it's a pay channel available to Dish owners though I believe it's available on some Comcast systems nationally.
