My list has gotten pretty long recently (and I'm including LDs and even some VHS, if you don't mind). I'm not sure if it's better to list this by title or by person, but I think it might be better by title since multiple people have signed the same title in some cases. Also, some of the items came pre-signed, and I'll note those; if not noted otherwise, I got the autographs in person:

American Psycho DVD - Bret Easton Ellis, Mary Harron, Guinevere Turner
Cecil B. Demented DVD - John Waters
Dawn of the Dead Director's Cut SE LD - George Romero, Christine Forrest Romero, and Tom Savini
Creature from the Black Lagoon DVD - Ben Chapman and Julie Adams
Dead Ringers Criterion LD - David Cronenberg
Fight Club DVD - Chuck Palahniuk
Gimme Shelter DVD - Albert Maysles
Hellraiser Limited LD Box (pre-signed) - Clive Barker
Hitch Hike DVD - David Hess
House on the Edge of the Park DVD - David Hess
Howling SE LD - Dee Wallace Stone
Jason X DVD - Kane Hodder
Last House on the Left DVD - David Hess
Maniac Cop SE LD - Larry Cohen
Martin DVD - Tom Savini
Linnea Quigley's Horror Workout VHS - Linnea Quigley
Neverending Story Part III VHS (the DVD wasn't out yet...) - Jack Black
Night of the Living Dead (1968) Millennium Edition DVD - George Romero, John Russo, Russ Streiner
Night of the Living Dead (1968) 30th Anniversay Limited Edition DVD - John Russo, Russ Streiner, Debbie Rochon
Night of the Living Dead (1990) DVD - Tom Savini, John Russo, Russ Streiner, and Tony Todd
A Nightmare on Elm Street SE LD - John Saxon
One Flew Over the Cuckcoo's Nest SE DVD - Brad Dourif
Pi DVD - Darren Aronofsky
Phantasm DVD - Angus Scrimm and Reggie Bannister
Phantasm LD box (pre-signed) - Don Coscarelli and Angus Scrimm
The Player Criterion LD - Michael Tolkin
Prince of Darkness R2 SE DVD - Peter Jason
Q: The Winged Serpent DVD - Larry Cohen
Return of the Living Dead - Don Calfa, William Stout, Linnea Quigley
Scanners DVD - David Cronenberg and Stephen Lack
Shivers Japanese LD - David Cronenberg
Silence of the Lambs Criterion DVD - Jonathan Demme
Talking Heads: Stop Making Sense DVD - Johnathan Demme
Texas Chainsaw Massacre DVD - Paul Partain and Gunnar Hansen
They Live R2 SE DVD - Roddy Piper and Peter Jason
Citizen Toxie DVD - Debbie Rochon and Joe Fleishaker
Trainspotting Criterion LD - Irvine Welsh
Wet Hot American Summer DVD - Christopher Meloni
Wishmaster DVD - Angus Scrimm, Reggie Bannister, Tony Todd, and Kane Hodder

There's probably a few I can't think of offhand, so I may update the list...

Today at the Texas Scottish Festival and Highland Games, I had my copy of SO I MARRIED AN AXE MURDERER signed by John Taylor (he plays the fiddler in the wedding scene). He was very pleasantly surprised when I asked him.

The only other autographed film that I have in my collection is a CED of TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE signed by Gunnar "Leatherface" Hansen.

Fine collections folks, thanks for replying! Interesting and varied as expected.

Joe: Can't speak for anyone else but, I would NEVER buy autographed memorabilia of any kind off ebay. Nothing screams 'fake' to me more than some of the stuff I've seen on there. I'm just lucky because of my location(los angeles), many people do appearances here.

Most of my signed memorabilia is in book or record form. I dont think I have a signed DVD.

Mind you on a filmic note I do have a signed Alec Guinness 'Great Expectations' still lying around. (in person) Lovely bloke I thought.

Edit : On the LotR note my father has a personalised Hobbit & LotR from the great man himself thanks to his old man who was an aquaintance. They're not first editions or anything and they're not likely to ever be on the market.

I don't have any signed DVDs, but I do have some signed movie posters

Amelie - Signed by Audrey Tautou and Jean-Pierre Jeunet
Contact - Signed by Jodie Foster, James Woods and Matthew McConaughey
The Hours - Signed by Nicole Kidman, Julianne Moore and Meryl Streep

All of these posters I've bought from a dealer that I trust, on ebay.
Luckily, right at that moment, an unconscious Argentinean fell through my roof.

He was quickly joined by a dwarf dressed as a nun.

The only autographed movie item I have is the laserdisc for Penn & Teller Get Killed. Penn & Teller were in awe of it. They kept talking to me about it and were amazed that someone actually owned thier movie.

I only have two autographed DVDs thus far in my collection:

Rebecca St. James - Worship God: autographed by Rebecca St. James on New Year's Eve in Nashville
Audio Adrenaline - Lift: autographed by Mark Stuart, Will McGinniss, Tyler Burkum, and Ben Cissell this past April after The Go Show concert in Jackson, MS

And my girlfriend and I had our pictures taken with Rebecca and Audio Adrenaline at both concerts as well! Posted Image

Nearly came close to meeting LeVar Burton so I could get my Star Trek: TNG series and movie DVDs autographed, but that fell through.
